Mrs. Pabilona said "One Stop Shop" aims to encourage business owners to renew their licenses and permits early to avoid the rushing crowd who intends to complete their requirements on the last day of filing. This way, the processing is hastened and accomplished on time with minimal hassle and delays.

The requirements needed for the renewal of business license/permits are as follows: Barangay Business Clearance, Community Tax Certificate (for small businesses like sari-sari stores), and financial statement for big business establishments.

It was observed that last year's implementation of the Licensing Division's "One Stop Shop" made it easy for business owners to process their business permits/licenses, hence, it is easy for proprietors now to sign up paperworks and renewal of requisites, for the different offices such as the City Engineering Office, Office of the Building Official, City Planning Office, Philippine National Police, City Health Office and Bureau Of Fire Protection who have representatives manned the area to cater their needs.

Furthermore, Mrs. Pabilona added that all business owners are advised to conform to the city regulation when renewing their respective licenses to avoid penalties incurred due to the delays of payment. AIP & 20% DEVELOPMENT PLAN BUDGET ALLOCATION INCREASED
