- Is the time accurate?Yes. We use the Philippine Standard Time (PST) because we want to make sure the all the reports are real-time.
- Can we login multiple users using one mobile?No.
- What if I am not familiar with the location, is there a way for me to get there without looking at the map often?Yes because our mobile app has a built in navigation option to locate your current position.
- I have login credentials and I received an error message when I’m trying to log in.?Ensure that you have a stable data connection. The mobile app will not function properly without a data connection.
- Do i need to send my ID pictures?Yes to validate your information and to avoid fake requests.
- How can i send alerts to dispatchers?Just tap one the button Ex. Ambulance.
- Can i send picture of the incident?Yes, but one picture only and you need a stable data connection.
